Inspection Summary:
On june 6,•2018 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Tommy Green and Will Bumgerner on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted.
1) The outfalls on site were not easily located due to to excessive vegitation. These areas and a path to them shall be
maintained to allow for a more thorough inspection.
2) All of the Qualitative monitoring data could not be produced at the time of inspection. These records shall be made
available before the next inspection scheduled for on or after July 26, 2018.

Memorandum of Agreement between the state of North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency, dated December 6, 1983.

not affect the legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources, or relieve the permittee from responsibility for compliance with any
other applicable federal, state, or local law, rule, standard, ordinance, order, judgment, or decree.
