A copy of your DLR mining permit. A copy of your US Army Corps -approved wetland delineation if you marked "yes" to question 23 above. A line drawing of the water flow through the facility. A pictorial description of the nature and amount of any sources of water and any collection and treatment measures. If mine site is in one of the 20 Coastal Counties: • Applicant has checked with the appropriate regional office to verify the need for a Coastal State Stormwater permit. A perimeter berm will be established around the Mining Area to contain all stormwater within the pit. Stormwatei and groundwater will be allowed to collect within the pit and will be occasionally pumped out as necessary. The pumped water will p iss through the 60 foot by 30 foot basin as shown. All final side slopes will be graded to a 3 to 1 slope (or flatter). Runoff from stockr 'le area will flow back into the mining area. Some material ge ierated offsite (such as crushed concrete) will be stored in th stockpile area. Reclamati n: The mining area will be left as a pond.
