On October 21, 2009, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated October 19,
2009 for the above referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete
and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. Please provide the following so that we may
continue to review your project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Incorrect and/or missing wetland, intermittent-perennial stream and/or buffer impacts.
In reviewing the wetland impacts on page 5 of 11, section 2g shows. 493 acres of impact; however, the
impact DWQ tallied was 0.446 acres. DWQ accounts for all impacts whether temporary or permanent.
Please supply one (1) corrected original and four (4) corrected copies of page 5.
