Construction sequence including a pump around detail or diversion methods to work in the dry. Also discuss ways to minimize sedimentation through your construction sequence — working in the dry, stabilizing at the end of the day, working from high ground, etc... We are going to make sure every erosion control standard is followed, and that every measure is maintained during the construction process. Stabilization will occur at the end of every work day maintenenace will occur as needed. We are going to grade/expose earth as needed in order to construct the wall, probably 30-40' per day. The pump around or pipe around is going to be very challenging, the culvert located upstream from the beginning of the project is approx. 60". We will need to look at practical options. Let me know if your interested in a site meeting. • Typical cross section of the boulder wall with existing and proposed dimensions • Photos of active erosion showing need 1 • 1 think this is also a trout water — confirm that you are working with DEMLR to acquire a trout buffer variance We are working with the Town of Highlands for the necessary land disturbance permits, trout buffers, etc. • Planting plan The existing trees will remain there are 5-6 on site, the existing fescue lawn meets the creek bank on entire project. Owner has requested to replace existing damaged lawn with fescue sod upon completion of the project. Mature trees are to remain undisturbed and protected. Again, this is just a cursory review and I may need more information. Feel free to call if you need clarification. I will send you some project photos and a cross section of the boulder wall this week. Thank yo for your help!!!!
