Mr. Garmon has decided to remove all but 150 feet of the culvert. Therefore, he will not be applying for mitigation through the Ecosystem Enhancement Program. The remaining pipe culvert will be discharged into a newly proposed sediment basin that will be converted to a ?.r water quality basin when the site is developed. The existing sediment basin will be removed from the stream channel once the stream restoration measures are in place. ..r Mr. Garmon is ready to proceed with restoration as soon as plan approval is granted. W If you have any questions, please contact me at 704-922-0024.
