The cooperation and assistance of Christopher Soles and John Stanfield during the inspection were greatly appreciated. During the inspection, Mr. Stanfield indicated the wastewater collection system consists of approximately 500 feet of gravity sewer, no force mains. 2 duplex pump stations, and no high priority sewer lines. The subject collection system is deemed permitted by regulation (1]5A NCAC 02T .0403) and is subject to specific criteria in this Rule. The overall conditions of the pump stations inspected were compliant with the subject Rule. North Carolina Administrative Code Title I5A Subchapter 02T Section .0403 requires collection system owners to maintain records documenting compliance with subparagraphs (a)(1) through (a)(9) of the Rule for three years. except for the collection system map, which shall be maintained for the life of the system. Please ensure all required actions and records are documented and maintained as required by T15A NCAC 02T.0403. We appreciate Chicopee's efforts to maintain a compliant sewer collection system program.
