Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted in response to the permit renewal. The facility now leases several of the buildings to other
various industries, none of which require a permit. However, the facility still operates a wastewater treatment plant for the
wastewater generated by the businesses. There are still two stormwater outlets; one for the wastewater treatment plant and
one for the landfill where they disposed of the sludge from their wastewater treatment pinat. The facility is recommended
coverage under the NCG11 permit. However, the central office will need to determine if a general landfill permit is necessary
