Please see the enclosed copies of the Pre-Construction Notification (PCN), Stormwater Management Plan, permit drawings, design plans, and the compensatory mitigation for the above- referenced project. The Programmatic Categorical Exclusion (PCE) for this was completed project in June 2008. Additional copies are available upon request. This project calls for a letting date of March 16, 2010 and a review date of February 2, 2010. However, the let date may advance as additional funds become available.
