On October 18, 2019 this Office issued a Notice of Violation (NOV-2019-1-M-0078) for the August 2019
Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR). The Notice was issued for Total Fluoride at outfall #005 and for twice
per month pH sampling at outfall #013. It was determined, after issuance of the subject Notice, that data
for outfall #005, which was under Special Order by Consent (EMC SOC WQ S18-010), and outfall #013,
which was incorrectly coded in the Division's monitoring database, resulted in issuance of the subject Notice
of Violation. This error has been corrected and Notice of Violation NOV-2019-LM-0078 is hereby retracted.
