aeration type package unit with an aerated sludge holding

Discharge is to Flat Creek in the French Broad Basin.

facilities: Applicant proposed to construct a final clarifier
to address compliance problems. Clarifier will be of
circular, center feed design and will be repiped to existing
chlorine contact chamber. Design flow will not change.
