Dear Mr. Pinnix:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded, effective immediately.
WQ0028575 Calabash Business Park Sewer issued 03/24/05
WQ0028727 Commons at Calabash Sewer issued 05/13/05
WQ0029514 Venetian Bay Development Sewer issued 12/09/05
WQ0029719 The Views Sewer issued 02/24/06 ,
WQ0030272 Sunset Marina Town Homes Sewer issued 06/16/06
WQ0030344 Calabash East Pressure Sewer issued 09/01/06
WQ0030819 Harbor Bay Subdivision Pressure Sewer issued 03/27/07
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
