The Pretreatment, Emergency Response, and Collection Systems Unit (PERCS) of the Division of
Water Resources has reviewed the Enforcement Response Plan (ERP) submitted by the City of
Hickory. This ERP responded to the dental amalgam rule updates and was received on August 16,
2019.
The review indicates that the ERP is adequate and meets the minimum requirements of 15A
NCAC 2H .0905 and 40 CFR 403.8 (f)(5).
