Dear Mr. McCabe:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded,effective immediately.
WQ0031340 St.James Safe Storage Sewer issued 03/16/07
WQ0032064 Tidemarsh Landing Sewer issued 08/17/07
WQ0035382 SEBCO Public Sewer issued 06/10/2011
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
