On November 1, 2019 a site inspection was conducted for the Lifetime Audi Parts facility located at 1010
Harvest Street, Durham County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed
for your review. The site visit and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES
Stormwater General Permit-NCG100000, Certificate of Coverage-NCG100151. Permit coverage
authorizes the discharge of stormwater from the facility to receiving waters designated as Goose Creek, a
Class WS-IV;NSW waterbody in the Neuse River Basin.
As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to be in compliance with the conditions of the
NCG100000 permit. Please refer to the enclosed Compliance Inspection Report for additional comments
and observations made during the inspection.
Please be advised that violations of the NPDES Stormwater General Permit are subject to a civil
penalty assessment of up to $25,000 per day for each violation. If you or your staff has any

Add an additional responsible party to the plan
Talk with your enviromental consultant and find out why the samples taken where either the wrong samples or the correct
samples were not taken. Start sampling for the correct paramelers.The Lead sample has two consecutive exceedances
which puts you in tier two Tier two requires that you start monthly sampling at the outfall with two consecutive exceedances
and that you follow the requirements as outlined in the tiered response in your permit. Please start monthly sampling for all
the required monitoring data at the outfall with exceedances and review your permit to better acquaint yourself to the
requirements
