Yes. DWQ 00-0783 (NBRRO 00-157) is for the same property. It was only a butter
determination letter that I wrote from the central office to collectively cover
calls made by the Regional Office, Todd St. John and myself. It was not a permit
or certification.

Neuse River Riparian Buffer Confirmation dated June 14, 2000 reflecting DWQ 00-0783. It makes reference to
Reservoir Tract (Hermitage Site) - S&EC Project # 99-4715.
It DWQ 00-0783 tied to the Traditions tract?
