Dear Mr. Clark:
Please apply the LID (Land Disturbance) permit number as the official City of Raleigh approval project number. The
project review number was the one originally submitted, but did not match the permit number. The number originally
submitted should be updated to reflect the LID Permit number. The Permit was submitted as city of Raleigh approval.

9/27/2019 (date in E&SC approval) and Permit # - 593314-492276-LD-119561 (no. in E&SC
approval). Please send a corrected approval (or explanation) by 4 pm on Thurs (11/7) or we will have
to reject application and it can be resubmitted with correct information.
