Scott,
For your 9/4/19 resubmittal:
- The provided, signed deed restriction is for low density commercial subdivisions whereas this project is high
density. Please resubmit a hard copy of the correct, signed deed restriction.
- I checked everywhere in my office, we do not have the updated permit application. Please resubmit a hard copy
of the signature portion of the application.
Thanks,

Scott,
I looked over the resubmission for this project and I need the following from you to complete it:
- The original, signed deed restriction.
- The updated permit application (It was referenced in the response letter, but not included or uploaded to
Laserfiche). I also need an extra copy of this.
- A Supplemental-EZ with the following changes:
o Diameter of the orifice is shown as 4" (Should be 3").
o Drawdown time is shown as 57 hrs (Should be 61.8 hrs).
o Elevation of the bottom of permanent pool is shown as 140.0' (Should be 140.5')
- An extra hard -copy of the updated plan sheets.
- The revised plan sheets didn't upload properly to Laserfiche (See attached). It looks like only the center of the
sheets made it. Please upload the full sheets.
If you can get me this information by September 3rd or 4t", I should be able to get the permit out by the end of next week
as previously discussed over the phone.
Have a good weekend.
-Jim
