The single family house has been designed and sited to keep the foundation wall
and house footprint outside of the 50' buffer. The exception is (4) piers and related impervious area proposed
within the zone 2 buffer for deck and screened porch support.

Silt Fence and tree protection fencing is proposed to protect the 50' buffer from
equipment traffic and debris.

All buffer impacts & high ground impacts require diffuse flow or other form of stormwater treatment. If the project is subject to a state implemented
