Everything looks good except for a few small issues: - Permit Application o Section IV, 8 —The percent impervious area should be calculated as the total post -construction impervious area on -site (47,307 sf per Supplement-EZ) divided by the total project area (4.77 ac). o Section IV, 10 — All of the areas should be shown in square feet, not acres. o Section IV, 10—The Proposed Impervious Area value should be the Total value from the Impervious Surface Area table. o Section IV, 10—The Percent Impervious Area value should be the Proposed Impervious Area divided by the Total Drainage Area. - Supplement-EZ o Section V — The hard copy of the Supplement-EZ form needs an original signature (No photocopies). o Supplement-EZ Drainage Area Page ■ Line 16 — Please include the Percent BUA ( % BUA = Line 5 / drainage area) o Supplement-EZ Sand Filter Page ■ Line 8 — Should be "Yes" based on plans (A riser structure and emergency spillway are provided). ■ Line 22 — Should be "Yes" based on plans (The sand filter store storms up to the 25-year storm). ■ Line 31—The bottom of the sand chamber is the elevation of the lowest point of the sand chamber. Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another 30+ day review period. The entire site column takes into account the entire project site, there is no need to remove the area draining to the proposed SCM. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
