This Bank has received check nuber 1000009722 from Piedmont Natural Gas for a p yment in full on November
11, 2019 for the riparian buffer credit requirements for the above referenced project. This project is located in the
jurisdiction of North Carolina Dgpartment of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ). The proposed riparian buffer
impacts will occur in the Middle Neuse Watershed HUC 03020202. The North Carolina Department of
Envvironmental Quality (NCDEQ), representative Mr. David May, Regional Supervisor, Water Quality Regional
Operations Section has reviewed tie development site plans and has verified and specified in their correspondence
dated October 28, 2019 that the U iount of the riparian buffer mitigation necessary for the approval and issuance of
their permit is four thousand, five I undred and forty (4,540) riparian buffer credits and that the project is located in
the HUC 03020202. A copy of thi Certificate must be submitted to Mr. Anthony Scarbraugh with the NCDENR
before the issuance of their permit.
When payment has been received Td the riparian buffer credits have been transferred from the Bank's Ledger for
the project referenced above, the payment and riparian buffer credits will not be transferable to another project. If
