Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Alan, See below the engineer's response in red. Would this work? 1. No real issues about the impact, but I do have a question concern about the location of the SW bmp. Since all storm water will be diverted below the headwater of the stream, it is likely that the stream could be affected. They should look and see about locating a bmp at the top of the stream (above the road crossing). Or provide some clarity as to the potential loss of ground/overland flow to the channel. - The BMP cannot be relocated from the location shown. The BMP needs to be located at the lowest part of the site from a flood routing perspective. The overall intermittent stream would see overland flow during rain events and that will still be the case after the proposed impacts (marginal impacts to the existing stream). We can modify the outlet structure and pipe location leaving the BMP so that it daylights and drains to a point further upstream. No need for next week’s site visit.
