Condition (s) of Certification: 1. That the activity be conducted in such a manner as to prevent significant increase in turbidity outside ~ area of constn1ction or construction related discharge (increases such that the turbidity in ~ Stream is 50 N'IU's or less are not considered significant) . 2. Appropriate sedi.rrentation and erosion control Ireasures shall be employed to minimize turbidity and siltation inpacts.
