Inspection Summary:
On October 22, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. i met with Roger Edwards on site. No major issues were
noted during the inspection. However, I recommend the following recommendations regarding the Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan:
1) It is recommended that the Qualitative reports be expanded to include a facility inspection in the same document. Due to
the nature and location of the monitoring point, additional observations around the facility (as discussed during the
inspection) would be beneficial.
2) A dedicated map just for the "Site Map" requirement in the SWPPP would allow for a more functional SWPPP.
