During the rain events over the last few days, we had a bank wash out on the above-mentioned project. The shoring
shown in channel was put in place to add a water line. This is a very sandy area that had a lot of sand deposits
downstream prior to construction starting. The water is still very high and we are unable to determine the amount of silt, if
any, that was lost. Once the water recedes and we know if we lost any silt and the amounts, we will let you know. We
have repaired the fencing and the bank was repaired and stabilized with geotextile fabric. A water line has to be placed
further downstream than what you can see in the attached pictures. When the water line goes in, we will permanently
seed and stabilize this bank.
