I did not see any plans for it. So Mitchell is dabbling in the environmental consulting business now??? 20051607 Highland Village Apartments in Cary (Wake County) This is an after-the-fact buffer authorization. Can we use this fact to get operations and maintenance agreements for the bioretention areas? At least for bioretention area 3, since this is the one that is impacting the buffer. Here in the RRO we have had several cases where these areas are not being maintained and therefore not performing their function. Given the impervious space at this site, it would be nice to ensure (as much as possible) that the stormwater treatment facilities are operting an an optimal level. My comments are on BIMS. Stay tuned ...............................more to come. Eric Eric Kulz <Eric.Kulz(a~ncmail.net> Environmental Specialist III Surface Water Protection NC Division of Water Quality 1 of 1 10/7/2005 8'
