This PAR was received on April 5, 2019 and additional information was received on September 30, 2019. Our review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs. In the future, if the Historical SNC and Program Information Sheet cannot be located in time for the PAR submittal, additional copies can be obtained from the PERCs unit.
