To whom this may concern:
In response to the violations these items have been addressed. The following has been done:
• The Ultraviolet lamps and sleeves have been changed.
• The cleaning frequency has been increased to daily, this has resulted in compliant monitoring.
• We continue to make adjustments to the operational strategy in effortto reduce the nitrogen
levels to a compliant level. This type of process requires s significantly longer adjustment period
then other systems.
• The process appears to be improving. The two primary cells and the secondary cells have been
cleaned using a pump truck.
