Page 2 of 6 FTSE 04-16 NARRATIVE SEWER SYSTEM: This private gravity system is designed to service an 8-lot residential subdivision. A total of 330 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer line will be needed to complete the system. This new system will not require a pump station. It will connect into an existing gravity sewer line along S.E. 72"d Street. This system will be served by the Town of Oak Island. 9/23/2019
