Dear Mr.Hothem:
We are in receipt of the letter dated October 22, 2019 from the Wilmington Regional Office, Water Quality
Section concerning sewer permits issued from 2002 through 2006. This letter and enclosed attachments
serve as our response.
We are responding to all of the listed projects except for the Bridge Number 1 over Sturgeon Creek which
was done by our Public Utilities Department. They will be researching and responding by separate
correspondence.
We have attached the project status sheets for the rest of the projects. The comments line is filled out for
each project but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. We are asking for
extensions to reply for a few projects as we have contacted the Engineer responsible and are still waiting
for their response. We understand that the extension will expire on December 21, 2019.

Permit Rescission Request
The Permittee requests that the subject permit be rescinded and certifies that the permitted sewer system has not been and shall
not be constructed nor made operational.We understand that,in the future,should we wish to operate a non-discharge sewer
system,we shall apply for and receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit.
