Please find the attached. To refresh your memory, the NCDOT asked that we shift the proposed water line along Haywood Road to the east into the subdivision property to allow for future expansion of Haywood Road. When shifted, the water line installation will create temporary impacts to Wetland D. The impacts will be minimal (0.01- acres) and temporary. The impacted wetland will be returned to original grades and stabilized post installation. I've revised the PCN impact summary table and Impact Map, and included the revised Overall Water Plan sheet.
