Notes and Sketches, etc
Mainstream - a lot of sand, not much wood, some pools,
Not a lot of bedform diversity, stable thru E1 portion
One meander bend sloffing, what to do regarding veg?
Or toe armoring? Upstream more instability, total so far approx
1501f
Also headcut at outlet of wetland
Rest of main channel ok
Trib- UT2 and wetland, veg almost all juncus, looks very wet
Question @ sedimenting in small channel
Upstream flow good, preservation reach shows wetland preservation but no
wetlands present
DMs, will look at perhaps expanding restoration wetlands and discounting
upstream preservation wetlands
DMs will look into repair for headcut and meander bend of concern.
Veg mostly alder in floodplain, no veg in restored wetland
