The following is a list of the comments received and our response on how the comment was addressed. 1. Please review the cover sheet and subsequent pages of the plans to reflect the name of the project as discussed. The Cover Sheet and subsequent sheets have been changed to reflect the new project name as discussed. 2. Wet Pond: a. Please move the inlet pipe from the corner towards the center of the forebay (i.e. about 20 feet to the right). The inlet pipe has been relocated toward the center of the forebay as shown and noted on Sheet C400. b. The riser height dimension indicated in BMP Outlet Detail (Section A-A) should be changed from 6 feet to 4 feet. The riser height dimension has been updated to 4 feet as shown on sheet C400. c. Please revise the statement on sheet C400 requiring in-situ soil verification and a possible clay liner to read as follows: "Geotechnical Engineer shall verify that the in-situ soil is clayey (e.g. silty-clay, loamy-clay, or clay loam) and shall be compacted to achieve a moderately low to very low infiltration rate (less than 0.6 in/hr). Otherwise, a clay liner shall be installed as shown". This office recommends an 8-inch clay liner plus 4-inch top soil. The statement has been changed as noted along with the 8-inch clay liner as shown on Sheet C400. I believe the responses to the comments have been adequately addressed.
