We offer the following responses to you request for additional information regarding
the subject stormwater permit application. The responses have been numbered to
correspond to the numbering of you request letter:
1. Section III.4 of the application form has been revised to add the building
inspections contact information for Henderson County.
2. A signed and sealed copy of the Low Density EX Supplement is included
herewith. Please note that one field in the supplement would not allow entry of
the necessary information. This entry has been hand written. Please advise if
there is a way to enter the data directly into the form.
3. The grading for the new vegetated swale has been revised and a note added to
ensure that is constructed with 3:1 side slopes. A ditch detail has been added to
sheet C5.
4. Calculations for the velocity and shear force resulting in the drainage ditches
have been included herewith.
5. There is no evidence of wetlands on -site or in available inventory databases. A
note stating such has been added to sheet C2.1.
6. This additional information package will be uploaded as indicated and
hardcopies will be provided by mail.
