Subject: Request to drop Burlington Manufacturing Services, Permit Number 0004
Dear Ms. Zhong,
The City of Burlington requests approval to drop Burlington Manufacturing Services,
Permit#0004 from the City's list of SIUs. Burlington Manufacturing Services has ceased
operations. An inspection was completed October 25, 2019. According to Jimmy
Kernodle (building maintenance manager), all dyes and chemicals are currently being
stored on site until the bank foreclosure process is complete.
Please find enclosed a copy of Burlington Manufacturing Services's Inspection Report
dated October 25, 2019 and an updated allocation table for the East Burlington
Wastewater Treatment Plant.
