Point 001 Alcoa NC0004308 Badin Lake/Yadkin River Has been eliminated. See Staff report of 01/20/86. Point 002 Alcoa NC0004308 Badin Lake/Yadkin River Existing and is plotted on topo map. Point 003 Alcoa NC0004308 Little Mountain Creek Existing and is plotted on topo map. Point 004 Greater Badin W&S District/Badin West NC0046671 Little Mountain Creek Formerly indicated at Pipe 004 for Alcoa, NC0004308. Existing and plotted on topo map under the name for NC0046671. Point 005 Greater Badin W&S District/Badin East NC0046311 Little Mountain Creek Formerly indicated at Pipe 005 for Alcoa, NC0004308. Existing and plotted on topo map under the name for NC0046311. Point 006 Alcoa NC0004308 Yadkin River Existing and is plotted on topo map. Point 007 Alcoa NC0004308 Yadkin River Existing and is plotted on topo map. Point 008 Alcoa NC0004308 Yadkin River Existing and is plotted on topo map. Point 009 Alcoa NC0004308 Badin Lake/Yadkin River Existing and is plotted on topo map. There is a proposed WLA for Greater Badin WWTP / NCO074756 / Little Mountain Creek. A permit does exist for this facility which is for a new plant to replace the old inadequate systems. This point of discharge is plotted on topo map and is included on the subbasin facility listing also. It is indicated as a separate facility. There was also a permit issued for Aluminum Company of America / NC0004308 / Yadkin River. In the staff report it was stated by the region that they wished to have one centralized location for the point of dis- charge. This point of discharge will be plotted and labelled one central- ized location as requested by the regional office. However, the other 8 points of discharge will be plotted as well and included on the subbasin facility listing. MLT;mlt
