Road has curb and gutter with 1-side variable width sidewalk/multi-use path. Two variable -width lanes on the approach and the bridge. Annual Avg Daily Traffic (veh/hr/day): Design/Future: ADT = 20,500 Year: 2035 Existing: ADT = 12,500 Year: 2015 General Project Narrative: (Description of Minimization of Water Quality Impacts) This is a culvert replacement project over Williams Creek on SR1521 (Lake Pine Dr.). The existing culverts are two 96" CMP's. The proposed structures are two 14' x 8' reinforced concrete box culverts with headwalls. The improvements include roadway grading, roadway drainage, paving and the structure.
