Good morning Bev and Sheri, I think I have found the root cause of the problem.
I spoke with the developer from Compass Pointe, Steve Triola. He has a contact with the county records
office and has asked to assign only one address to the parcel.
Because it is a corner lot, the county assigned two addresses because at the time it wasn't known which street
would be the front of the house.
Hopefully, this will get corrected soon.
Also, I paid the permit fee last night.
