The North Carolina Ceriodaphnia chronic effluent bioassay proce- dure (North Carolina Chronic Bioassay Procedure - Revised *February 1987) or subsequent versions. The effluent concentration at which there may be no observable inhibi- tion of reproduction or significant mortality is &e (defined as treatment two in the North Carolina procedure document). The permit holder shall perform &041114 monitoring using this procedure to establish compliance with the permi condition. The first test will be performed within thirty days from issuance of this permit. Effluent sampling for this testing shall be performed at the NPDES permitted final effluent discharge below all treatment processes. All toxicity testing results required as part of this permit condition will be entered on the Effluent Discharge Monitoring Form (MR-1) for the month in.which it was performed, using the appropriate parameter code. Additionally, DEM Form AT-1 (original) is to be sent to the following address: Attention: Technical Services Branch North Carolina Division of Environmental Management P.O. Box 27687 Raleigh, N.C. 27611 Test data shall be complete and accurate and include all supporting chemi- cal/physical measurements performed in association with the toxicity tests, as well as all dose/response data. Total residual chlorine must be measured and reported if chlorine is employed for disinfection of the waste stream. Should any test data from this monitoring recuirement or tests per- formed by the.North Carolina Division of Environmental Management indicate potential i=acts to the receiving stream, this pernit may be re -opened and modified to include alternate monitoring requirements or limits. NOTE: Failure to achieve test conditions as specified in the cited docu- ment, such as minimum control organism survival and appropriate environmen- tal controls, shall constitute an invalid test and will require immediate retesting. Failure to submit suitable test results will constitute a fail- ure of permit condition. 7Q10 cfs Per sited glow MGD Recommende by: Basin & Sub -basin W 05 Receiving Stream 40SL'Llit_ County 6a ytr - Date ,?o Po 11 utant ------------- Cadmium Chromium Copper Nickel Lead Zinc Cyanide Mercury Silver Cadmium Chromium Copper Nickel Lead Zinc Cyanide Mercury Silver PRETREATMENT HEADWORKS REVIEW --------------------------------- Discharger: Receiving stream: Stream Class: USGS Zone: 7Q10: Design flow: Actual flow: Percent industrial: MOCKSVILLE WWTP DUTCHMAN'S CREEK C 1 15.000 cfs 0.680 mgd 0.3945 mgd 23.0 % 6.6 % 10/30/87 Actual Actual Allowable Domestic Industrial Standard/AL Removal Load (a) Load Load (mg/1) Eff.
