The letter requests approval of a residential flow value of 220 GPD/residence for these dwellings. The information provided water use information for 2000 and actual daily waste water flow recordings for their peak month of May. Other supporting data was provided. The evaluation covered 90 homes that are representative of the subdivisions in Fuquay-Varitta in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0219(1)(3). Based on the information submitted, the Division hereby approves the use of 75 GPD per bedroom per dwelling for residential units (225 GPD per three bedroom home) in all applicable non -discharge permit applications for future sewer line extensions and present, but not yet tributary projects for the Town of Fuquay- Varina. The Division did note that the average flow per residence in February 2000 was 271 GPD. Reeardless of the adiusted desien daily wastewater flow rate, at no time shall the wastewater flows exceed the effluent limits defined in the Town's NPDFS Permit for the treatment facilit or exceed the capacity of the sewers downstream of any new sewer extension. WR. Correct all units are 3 bedroom. 2 - With the large amount of sewer lines, are there any aerial lines, or high priority lines? WR. No aerial or high priority lines are requested. 3 -The narrative states there is-21,603 If of 8" gravity. However, item VIL1. notes there is -7,350 If of 8" gravity. Please confirm the correct length of 8" gravity for this project. WR. 7,350 LF is for phase 1-4. 21,603 LF is the complete project. We'll continue review/drafting the permit upon submittal of the above. ted Cashion, Ted From: Cashion, Ted Sent: Monday, October 28, 2019 11:14 AM To: 'Leathers, Shayne'; Jay Meyers Omeyers@fuquay-varina.org) Cc: Robinson, Jason Subject: Geneva Phases 1-4 fast track sewer extension application Shayne and Jay, We are reviewing the subject application and have a few questions. 1- Will all the 135 homes be 3 bedroom (225 gpd each)? 2 - With the large amount of sewer lines, are there any aerial lines, or high priority lines? 3 -The narrative states there is-21,603 If of 8" gravity.
