Dear Ms. DeLaire,
On September 10, 1998, I conducted a site visit of the stream feature involved in
the above referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that the water
body channel present on the property is an intermittent stream and therefore subject to
the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and
Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC
0233). The location of stream is indicated on the attached map and is on the west
section of property line.
This office has assigned the reference number of NBR-RRO 73 to this project.
