PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The USDA Forest service has requested renewal of NPDES Permit No.
NC0020478 for the continued operation of the wastewater treatment
facility serving the Lake Powhatan Recreation Area. Past
operation of the facility has been satisfactory. It is
recommended that the permit be renewed and public notice issued.
