This Office has reviewed the information submitted on October 8, 1998 relevant to the subject
property. On October 27, 1998, I conducted a site visit for the above referenced project. This
'project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBR RRO-095.
!A review of the physical features (actually the lack of) and an examination of the drainage feature
indicate that this. channel is man made. As a result of that site visit, it was determined that there are
no streams present on the property and that the feature present on this tract of land is an
ephemeral/stormwater ditch and therefore not subject tome Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive
Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas,
'Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
