This was in my box, presumably to review because they are doing some stream restoration.
The current application is for one existing wetland crossing and two proposed crossings. A
stream was relocated in 1997/1998, and was subsequently "restored" poorly. Apparently we
(DWO) approved a stream and wetland restoration plan prepared by S&EC in April 2005 for this
site.
The actual stream and wetland restoration/construction plans are in preparation now.
In light of the previous approval, and since the restoration is not for compensatory mitigation but
rather to satisfy a previous NOV, there really isn't anything for me to comment on.
