Dear Mr. Banihani:
On behalf of Lowe's Corporation I am submitting an application package and requesting Authorization to
Construct a second Equalization Basin for an existing Wastewater Treatment Plant, Facility NPDES
number, NC0085120. Project will include construction of one new Equalization Basin which will have a
volume of approximately 6,000 gallons. This new structure will include a pair of solids handling pumps
with float controls and all related influent and effluent piping as shown on attached plan sheets.
This project will be a facility modification and will not affect treatment train at this facility. It is expected
for construction activities to take six to seven weeks. Included within this submittal package are two
copies of design plans, two copies of project specifications, two copies of the project calculations and
supporting documentation, and two copies of the NCDEQ Form ATC -12-14 .
