Thank you for the phone call. Attached is a revised plan showing the sewer as private main vs. service lines. Originally we
proposed private main to connect to 5 buildings. We have revised the plan to expand the private main to service 20
units.

AFTER you have reissued/ amended the permit. Please copy him when that is complete (if able)

Just execute the signature portion of this and I will complete the rest. Simply scan and email it back to
me. I will have to issue an administrative modification of the permit to remove reference to the units as
apartments and incorporate the OA into the permit, then get it signed and reissued.
Once that is done, then I would have attorney amend Covenants to make reference to a private sewer
System serving the units under DWR permit WQ0040685 issued "new date" ... see attached permit &
CA in exhibit X.
Once the project sells out and a HOA gets going then the permit will need to be transferred to the
Association via a request to us. There is a form to complete for that which is executed by both parties
and the HOA board will need to execute the HOA/POA Operational Agreement.
