Facility Description: ACT Construction Equipment is located at 10925 Metromont Parkway in Charlotte on
approximately 8.82 acres of property leased from Gentry -Harris LLC. New construction equipment sales and
maintenance activities are performed on the property.
File Review/History: Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) has not previously inspected ACT
Construction Equipment. Advanced Disposal Services was previously located on the property and was covered under
NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG080945.
Inspection Summary: ACT Construction Equipment was observed to be in compliance with the City of Charlotte Storm
Water Pollution Control Ordinance. Please refer to the report for comments and recommendations from the inspection.
