On September 4, 1998, I conducted a site visit with you of the stream involved
in the above referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that the
water body channel present at the side of the property was an intermittent stream and
therefore subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management
Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233). The intermittent stream starts as it exits the culvert onto
the property located at the edge of Hoyle Drive indicated on the attached map.
This office has assigned the reference number of NBR-RRO 70 to this project.
