Thanks for catching the items you mentioned below.

The UT Smith Creek – Site 28A is an Intermittent Stream
The 2309 LF stream impacts listed on the Permit Impact Summary Sheet has been corrected to Permanent Impact
column. I was messing around with that spreadsheet to provide colors for impacts based on dates of modification and
that number got misplaced. The cover letter is correct for impact numbers.

I have attached a new Permit Impact Summary sheet here and it has also been slipped into the application online. Also, I
added the relocation plans and the planning plans to the application online.

Carla,
I’m not seeing a stream designation for the new permit site 28A. Do you know if it is perennial or intermittent?

As far as DWR’s mitigation requirements are concerned, will you confirm that to be 1,711 linear feet? Since impacts at
28A (80 linear feet) are related to a different stream and are less than 300 linear feet, no mitigation will be required by
DWR for that segment.

On the Impact Summary Sheet under Temporary SW impacts column, you have listed 2309 ac. Should that not be listed
as permanent linear feet of impacts?
