Inspection Summary:
On October 31, 2019, Division of Water Resourses staff person Justin Henderson met property owner Todd Jorgensen at
PIN No. 5972832051 in Stokes Couty to evaluate the corrective measures implemented at the site in response to an Notice
of Violations, dated October 31, 2019, pertaining to a sediment discharge to waters of the State. Mr. Jorgensen had
succesffuly removed the sediment that had been previously discharged to the Little Yadkin River, and placed the removed
sediment in an upland location unlikely to be subject to runoff. The Division considers this matter to be resolved as of the
date of this inspection, and would like to convery our appreciation in your timely response to this matter.
