Hi Mike,
I have a few items from review of this application:
Can you please explain the 5.67 linear feet of temporary impacts. The temporary impacts for excavation should be the
width of the expected trench, not the pipe itself.
Please provide a stream restoration plan that shows how the channel will be restored to natural contours and whether
riprap will be used for restoration.
It appears that a couple lots along Mayfield Dr could potentially impacts streams and buffers. Please provide a lot layout
at a more detailed scale and show building envelopes for these lots to show there will be no additional impacts in this
location.
